Joe Boley – Our Thoughts & Prayers

Tuesday, October 28th, 2008

This morning I received an email from Bob Isaacson that everyone should be aware of in the ventriloquism community. Here’s Bob’s email:

“Good morning Dan….thought I’d pass on some news that you may want to post on your site. I found out that Joe Boley has been ill for the past year with kidney failure. That’s one of the reasons he was missing from the 2008 Convention. I spoke with Joe’s wife & found out that Joe has been on dialysis & is hoping to be put on a list for a transplant. I would be pleased if you would pass my information on to your audience requesting thoughts & prayers for Joe. Feel free to use my name as to this information as was Ok’d by Joe’s wife. I spoke to her last night while Joe was at the hospital…stay well……….Bob”

Let’s keep Joe and his family in our thoughts and prayers. Thanks, Bob for letting us know.

Leaf Peeping Is In It’s Glory

Saturday, October 25th, 2008

I am one of those lucky ones that lives in the northeast where some of the most vibrant colors appear on the trees in the fall season. I decided to just take a quick ride around my house and take a few pictures for you all to see. It truly is remarkable how the colors take hold. Too bad they only last for a couple weeks. I hope you enjoy these photos.
