This Frank Marshall figure was carved for ventriloquist Billy Davis. Billy used him in many venues including commercial adds for Russer's Meats in New York. He is original except for the wig and has side to side self centering eyes, double winkers and slot jaw. Very different because he was carved to have a smile and show his teeth.
